AI FILM SHOT BOARD
==================

A blank production board for planning a short film you intend to generate
with AI video tools.

WHAT'S IN HERE

ai-film-shot-board.html The board. Double-click it. Opens in any
browser. Nothing is installed, nothing is
sent anywhere — what you type stays in your
browser, and you export it when you want it.

  ai-film-shot-board-template.md
The same board as a markdown file, written
as instructions to an AI. Paste it into
Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and say "use this
as a template for my film". It will ask you
                               questions rather than invent answers.

THREE WAYS TO USE IT

  1. Open the HTML file and fill it in by hand.
  2. Paste the markdown into any AI and let it interview you.
  3. Install the markdown as a Claude skill and just ask for a board.

THE RULES IT'S BUILT ON

  1. One canonical board. Every prompt lives there. If something
     elsewhere disagrees, fix the board.
  2. Describe motion relative to the camera, never the world.
"Away from camera" cannot be misread. "Outward" can.
  3. Faces come from a fixed reference, never a fresh text prompt,
and never chain off the last image you made.
  4. Anchor the still on beat one of a shot, not the payoff.
  5. Check the still before you spend on the video.
  6. Iterate on the cheap model, finish on the expensive one.
  7. Generate long, trim in the edit.
  8. Record the voice separately and cut picture to it.
  9. Prove the hardest shot first. Budget 8-12 generations per
     usable clip.

Adapt it freely. The rules are the useful part.
